Weekly Worship Schedule:

9:15am Sunday school
(9:15am Summer Worship)
Worship services are also posted on our YouTube channel: Lamb and Flag Ministries.

Special festival and midweek services occur during Advent/Christmas and Lent/Easter Seasons.
Besides individual prayer, weekly worship is the most fundamental activity in the life of a Christian, and we are called by God to do it together with others. Lutheran theology teaches that Christian worship happens in a group of assembled fellow Christians, (the “body” of Christ), and entails certain commitments.
In worship,
We do all this using appropriate prayers, hymns, songs and activities, and encourage and make room for the participation of children in worship. Our sanctuary is also fully accessible by elevator.

In worship,
- we remember our Baptism (when we were first welcomed as a “Christian”),
- we hear the promises of God expressed in the Christian Bible and listen to a message of interpretation based on those readings (the sermon),
- we make token offerings of ourselves and our resources to the ministry of the church (the offering collection),
- we share a greeting of peace with one another (the Peace),
- we share in the meal of bread and wine that signifies and makes real Jesus’ eternal life-giving presence with His church (Holy Communion), and after several prayers and songs,
- are sent back into the world to bear witness to the gifts of God in Jesus Christ for all people (through our personal vocations).
We do all this using appropriate prayers, hymns, songs and activities, and encourage and make room for the participation of children in worship. Our sanctuary is also fully accessible by elevator.
