Redeemer uses a pledging system to gather the funds needed to pay for its staff, various ministries, and up-keep of our physical properties. Every fall season, we ask members to consider their annual income and resources of time and talent, and ask them to commit a set amount that represents a percentage of that annual income. Members receive pledging cards in the mail and fill out their commitment for the next calendar year. Then they return the pledge card to the church, and submit funds either all at once, or in monthly or weekly installments. Redeemer provides an envelope system so that members can keep track of their payments, and receive quarterly reports from our Financial Secretary as to the status of their pledge. All of this information is strictly confidential. Only the Financial Secretary and assistant FS are privy to the giving record of individual members.
